i want to buy a new motorola device which one do you think is the best for unlocking old and latest motorola phones and has fast updates.

I have both, i prefer MSS4 because only require usb connection, i use a laptop to work and to use smart clip is not good, because is needed usb/lpt converter other usb port to the smart card ,the smart clip and the power suply to smart clip.
The anual account/support (download) price in mss4 is around 15 euros and in smart clip is mutch more expensive.

I have both boxes MSSII and Smart-Clip. But I prefer to used smart-Clip, my MSS is sleeping in my drawer for long time.
