My DaVinci credits not are more!!! - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I would like to know if what's happening to me has ever happened to you.

In 2004 i bought 1000 credits for the Davinci i've used it once in a while and never had any problems. Last time i checked i had 400 credits.

In the last few days i've had to work on a Sony Ericsson and surprise surprise the client Davinci tells that my username and password are incorrect.

I've tried contacting by email the Davinci team , the only reply i got was "please send us your payment details".

When i explained that the purchase was made in 2004 and that i paid with western union and no longer have any details concerning the transaction i didn't receive any reply.
My following emails also didn't get a reply.

I've tried lots of times to contact GsMen through ICQ, but i've been totally ignored.

At the moment of the purchase it was with GsMen that i went through. I sent them my userid and password so they could easily find my details.

If it was only a few credits that i lost i wouldn't of bothered, but 400 seems to me a lot.

How can i get them to give me back what is mine and what i paid a lot of money for?

I hope that someone can give me some useful information to resolve this problem!

you bought your credits on 2004 and you claim them in 2007 ???? its too long i think even greatest box have no such waranty !! and you can't use your old credits with newest phones !! finally 400 credits on old server are not so much money as you are trying to say !
i advice you to try first finding you payement details then contact gsmen to solve your problem he is a honest and good guy

we sends 19 euro to davinciteam , for w810i w850i logs. but sitll they didn't respond us. we don't know y?we paid thru paypal.we hope they helps us .but no use.we maild to davincy team ,again no more replay.pls tell us eny idea. what you think abuot them.If eny misstake our side tell us (Hello davinci team are you hear our voice?)
