need help to refund all my payment via pay pal

hello friends

i have big problem. i pay $240 one unlocking server site.but that server is very slow. no customer help.no answer.if 1-24hrs service they take 5-6 days but done. if try contact skype/viber/email No responce.

Now i think i mistake to add fund there.
Somebody have any idea to close that server my account and refund to my paypal .
I don't want to use that server.

please help me.
