there been some delays in processing imei's , which will be all resumed asap. We are designing new cheaper price structur and working on better sources which is causing temporay delay. We appologize for all the inconvenience, will resume the service back to normal or should i say faster than ever soonwith revised cheap prices.

reg. getting codes... there was little delays, but account is perfect. I feel Sunny is ok, when we consider the sitauation as far as concerned getting codes for 3g uk phones. Even other providers as well was not able to deliver codes on time.

and hope he will be sorting out this problem asap.

everyone selling these codes can never guarantee when they will arrive.Bare that in mind when ordering and just be patient.I think people should advertise truthfully how long these things can actually take and then nobody would have to post in this section.

Seems I am the only one stuck with the credits as I dont see anyone else complaining!!!

I bought 1500 creidts in March 2007. Since then I was very happy with the service. Getting codes in good time. Later on in the year the service went down and I asked what was going on. Was told had some disagreements with supplier... or at times server down... delay...etc. I was patient all along.

When I saw the service was not improving I asked Sunny to refund me back my credits. Initially he refused to help me out but then agreed to to refund me back half the credits and said the rest I will have to use it( whether the service works or not). I agreed to that and he later confirmed cheque was ready( Although had to call/remind/sms/email so many times)I gave him my account details to deposit. To date no refund received


Recently site was down and they said they are improving the service and also upgrading to add more services. I thought that was the end but eventually the site was back online again. BUT as far as I can see no improvements and no changes in prices either

Sunny has completely dissapeared from msn. I have not seen him come online for ages now. Iguess he has changed his username and working on other projects under different ID.

Prices have never been updated either. For vodafone its still 10 pounds when others are charging less then half of that.

I submitted copule of imeis for codes on vodaphone. The service was very poor. Had to email support why not getting the codes. Only when I emailed they responded and updated the online service to say codes not available. The same imei I submitted using allgsm and got the codes back within 24hrs

Again this month on 11.12.08 I submitted imei for a 6500c on vodafone. Till 02.01.09 I didnt receive the codes. I submitted another imei for Blackberry on vodafone on 30.12.08. waited till 02.01.09. Then sent them mail and guess what today all have been updated to "Sorry no codes available"

I submitted 3 x6500c on vodafone on 02.01.09 on Allgsm and got all the codes today.

Its a big shame to see a Muslim Brother behave like this. I had alot of trust in him but to be honest I have lost all the faith in him. Maybe others will disagree as they have enjoyed good relationship with him but if thats the case why behave in this manner with me???

Anyways if you dont want to refund me back my money then keep it.
You can enjoy now mate but remember in the long run you will suffer for this.

I agree with you PRINCIPLES AND RULES OF LIFE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ADHERED TO.

I guess thats not in Sunny's dictionary!!

It just shows by keeping quiet he will get away with this but mate I ****antee you he will suffer for this one way or the other!

I am giving up my hopes for the refund and also giving up hopes of using the service to utililise my credits.

Its also shows that its not only Sunny who is silent but the whole team too.
I got replies on email in December but now even that has stopped.
Yet Unlocking Expert still continue to advertise for their services offered.

I guess everyone else is aware of this company/team and they must have finished using their credits or even lucky enough to get a refund!

Well I will still continue to post here so that other members can learn from my mistakes dealing with Sunny( got carried away really) and to warn them to think 100 times before dealing with anyone from their team.

Lastly I will not clasify Sunny or any other member of his team "CHEATERS" as yet.
Will wait for the right time to comment on this!
