no product support from SiRoYa. Not trustable?

Who dealt with this guy SiRoYa?
I bought samsung codes from him but he doesn't answer any email and doesn't want to provide any support.
Anybody had the same experience with him?

i buy a bmw sport model car costing 100,000usd

First of all i doubt you have this car

Second, i agree you can not drive a car

And third, let me tell you what happen with
a BMW customer when he call 24h assistance
in Romania and they didn't have a good support.
This customer call BMW Germany 24hour assistance
and in 15 minutes come answer from BMW Romania.
This i call good support, but u also do not know
nothing about this words GOOD SUPPORT
You always invoke the phrase 'go to your dealer
and ask for support, he sold you the goods, he
need to give you support, not me the producer'.

And on topic, Siroya is a good man and also a busy
one, it is normal to wait some time for his support.

u shud know the correct email address to contact me !!!
i dont check server admin email everyday ..
secondly if u dont like our service email me ur details at admin@mashriq-soft.com u will get refund at the same time

and thirdly BMW and its support *****

It looks like you have done that before, you know too much about the process

as for me I don't blame anyone, learn to read the post next time.
The guy didn't answer me a single question about samsung codes for a month. How is that for support? When he wanted the payment questions were answered within a few hours.
At least this post made him email me, claiming he never received and email which is BS.

Hello Narry, nice to see you so useless here. But let me say you something, you need to change your words a bit, cause for you any question, or any doubts bout products people buy is "people blame other for their own mistake" bla bla. I will say something to you, when people buy a product and want to know something about it, who are we supose to ask?????? the one who gives suport to it, or the one who you deal with. Understand its busy, understand take a time, but donīt understand stupid words. This is for people who donīt know the answer for the question that was made, so better is to say i donīt have time, or stop bothering me i have to work.
This is really professional keep going on this.

And bout Syroya, he take time to answer but he answer it, you can be sure, maybe it was mistaken mails, he is a busy person, but really gives support when asked, he is trustable and very honest person. Some mistaken surely happen.

After about 10 email and a week of undelivered codes he disappeared again.
This is the first time I deal with such amateurism and unprofessionalism.
Is he just a sunday unlocker?
