Hi.
I bought vigis box 3 month ago. After 1 month I payed left money for box. But still I didn't get activation file for this box.I waited for 2 moths. I sent many icq msg and emails.Where are you? [email protected]

also, i sent you activation file long time ago,, why would i keep activation file with me ?? the file comes with vygis box,, so i sent you vygis and after you paid me i send you the activation file also,, simple.

i asked something about your smart-clip problem and u didnt responded,,
if your clip is dead u need to get it replaced,, cause smart-clip team have stoped repairing online after cloning of there product.


and dont u have my email address??
just prove it here that you even sent me a single mail about your problems??

Sorry for this post. But you can see this post started 3 month ago, also when posting this I already waited 1 month. Still my vygis box doesn't work. So do you know much time passed? Hope you can understand my situation. Before I go abroad I want arrange everything.
Everything what I want is just support area for vygis and exchange of smart clip. Of course I pay for DHL shipment fee for exchanging smart-clip. That is all.

one of my customer called me 2 months back.

he said he cannot use all of the tools i sold him cause they were burnt cause of fire in his office.. then he said it is really bad support from me that the tools burnt and were not fire proof

hehe. Fire proof is not gsm support.
Maybe electric shock protection couldn't be applied.
I have difference all of my pb are still can be solved.
But if aready burnt by fire there no solution.
I will try to contact via email.

actually that is the problem i see about you...
you sent me a mail only after you post here in the forum and other places,,
thats why i dont like to help you out.

as i have allready told you.,,, please contact in private for any problems,, but you never send me mail or talk on messenger.. you just always post here only and try to show others that i am bad on customer support.. but let me tell you that this doesnt cares me at all
