The problem is that it seems cheaters are using stolen credit card details. Check your PayPal account and you can actually set some options to be sure that you get alerted when a customer does something odd (for example if the security code or ZIP for the credit card is not correct, or the name is different, etc etc)

This is very simple

1. Take the imei which you have unlocked and check Current CTN (Customer Telephone Number).
2. Then, Call that number and inform the iPhone owner that his iPhone was unlocked by Stolen credit card.

iPhone owner will provide you "ebay" username seller or website where he Bought unlock service

and rest just use your imagination what you can do
