Basically he is saying we are responsible because his unlocked iPhone does not work on AT&T. Yes, it is blacklisted on AT&T which is not our responsibility. We've done the job and unlocked it as promised. So he files a chargeback with PayPal and we've taken the loss ($30). Obviously the guy is incompetent and takes advantage of the system. We just wanted to let the fellow unlockers know about this scam so they avoid dealing with this person.
