please friends help me with ipmart because it seems they do not understand very well english. I bought some good from them and I wanted to pay via credit card so I was to also pay 5% for transaction fees. finaly I was not able to pay online with credit card so I sent them money via moneygram and did not pay the transaction fees anymore. now they hold my goods saying that I still owe them 22.76$ which is in fact the transaction fees in case of credit card payment. I got them online trying to explain to them in vain.

I bought some goods recently from them paid via paypal and immediately recieved 2 emails asking me to pay via western union, credit card bank transfer etc. I also recieved another straight away saying they could not verify my credit card ( I paid by paypal ) please could I send photocopy of card, drivers licence and copy of card statement. After a few short e-mails to them I recieved one back saying they had now recieved my payment and would be sending the goods shortly. See also off topic zone 'paying with paypal' .

Has any body had any good dealings with them as I am about to make an order with them but feel reluctant with what I have heard about them. Any way I thought that they where based in Milaysia which is supposed to be english speaking.

My only query was about asking for ID verification and the 2 e-mails sent out to me asking for payment, Directly after I had paid the transaction via paypal. The response to my e-mails to Ipmart have been good and I look forward to recieving my goods. Thank you for your help. My main query was about paying for goods using Paypal as I posted in the 'Off topic Zone'.

I have now received a shipping number from IP mart and had a PM with stalllone. I am happy now with the service recieved and the comments he made in the PM. If anybody would like to see the reply I will post that Here.
