he claim he can do 100% usa icloud clean and only do prepaid
was ask pay as friend and family or mass pay then paid now is no respond or no refund.
paying as gift cannot open item dispute so i open unauthorized case but they say my security good and its not unauthorized pay, but still i try get back my money from pay pal i need more guys support if any one paid this guy pls write her we can give atry take back our money.
