Dear Colleagues,

I would like to know how many of you lost any item sent by FEDEX?.

FEDEX and whether to return the money (cost of shipping, and cost of lost item?)

Thanks.

FedEx lost a Sun Server (big one) from UK to Spain. It was the sender who returned the money to me.

The ones i know that have really stolen things is SEUR, but they only operate here in Spain as long as i know. Theyve "lost" one PS3 and a Blackberry in their office, because "the delivery van driver didnt know where my address was at, and he lost the parcels". That time i had to swear to make the sellers send me over again another PS3 and phone.

Simply pathetic.

I have been more than 5 years in the business and I never lost something of Fedex, Dhl or TNT.

Now I have a problem with a supplier who said that he lost my order.

I want to know whether someone something similar happened to know the steps to the complaint.

I personally like I have more than 5 years in the business.

I never lost, you may be delayed, but I never lost any package.
And much less lost the contents.

I buy a pack in December vygis full.

I send by fedex, strangely was delayed in customs (as often happens) at the end of the process and receive the package (which already pay CUSTOMS and administrative expenses) I see that missing box vygis and 4 more wires, that is just handed me 12 wires nothing else.

And now I am calling to FEDEX but they say who should claim the sender is, but I believe that this provider delaying this process.

I am taking patience but I think that from December to February is a long time.

Wait 1 more week and there hare my formal complaint with FEDEX and especially to the community Unlocker .. Here present.
To take care for a next purchase.
