Problem With iPmart 20 Days and still waiting

My GBkey is still not activated, I paid ipmart on 7th March 2013, few days later I got email saying its done, but still not activated, I have wrote several messages to ipmart but still no joy, I have sent screen shot as well, GBkey have said no activations are pending.

Please activate or refund if you are struggling to activate.

All beware of iPmart GBkey activation, go direct to GBkey from soft it is done in 1 hour.

Activations are done instantly after payment , sometime it take 1 hour, but not more.
kindly contact with Ipmart ...seems there is a mis understanding or a mistake

I know GBKey team is bery fast, my second dongle I activate from software and done instantly, also today I add credit for iPhone and done very fast.

My problem is with iPmart, I pay them good money and over 20 days still no activation, I have contacted them several times and they have told me 3 times that activation is done, but it is not. Very POOR customer service, I gave them plenty of chances but they dont refund or activate.
