problem with ipmart HWK updating - GSM-Forum

Hi all
i have purchased 5 pcs of micro hwk ipmart box,2 work good,3 can not be updating online it gives the error this error message
"the hwk's are not registerd with the server ,check with your reseller"
and i called my reseller ,he also call ipmart ,but no respond from them

also see many posts from many members have same problems,hope ipmart
can make good quality control for there boxs befor they send it to the market
,i still have same problem with three box's without any solution.

thanks for all i should reply myself, i saw many have same problem and theasked to make complain tiket with ipmart web site,and they reply and had asked me to send the boxs log for them,isend and waiting reply.
thanks for me for reply,just reply so many member can read this post and make use of it.
