Angry Problem with MasterUnlocker.com (Trondo)


I don't really want to make this post, but am very frustrated with the problems in getting my order, at the time of ordering I made it very clear that this was URGENT and am having serious communication problems with Trondo

Trondo was advertising on MSN and still is that he had 150 Smart-Clips in stock, I needed 10 urgently so spoke to him on ICQ, I have cut all the chat out of conversation, but basically this is it:

04/08/04 - 02.39PM - ME - how long is delivery to UK and who do you use?
04/08/04 - 02.40PM - TR - Fedex
04/08/04 - 02.40PM - TR - 3 Days
04/08/04 - 02.40PM - ME - do you think i would have for friday if sent today?
04/08/04 - 02.40PM - TR - hm... 80% yes
04/08/04 - 02.45PM - ME - and if I make payment now you can 100% send today?
04/08/04 - 02.45PM - TR - today Fedex off , tom sure
04/08/04 - 07.35PM - ME - Have sent transfer and details to [email protected]

After this conversation I didn't hear anything from Trondo, I checked with WU that he collected the money but didn't reply to my e-mails, ICQ or SMS The next time I spoke to him was eraly Tuesday morning on MSN:

10/08/2004 - 00:38:52 - ME - please don't ignore me anymore, if there is a problem with my order just tell me, but please stop messing me around!!
10/08/2004 - 00:40:43 - ME - I take it you don't actually have any smart clips in stock, is this why you haven't sent???
10/08/2004 - 00:41:25 - TR - hi mate
10/08/2004 - 00:41:27 - TR - how are u
10/08/2004 - 00:41:30 - TR - i,am So sorry
10/08/2004 - 00:41:37 - ME - I have been a LOT better!!
10/08/2004 - 00:41:57 - TR - really ur package is already packed from thrusday
10/08/2004 - 00:42:07 - TR - problem that i travled for my friend
10/08/2004 - 00:42:15 - TR - and stayed with him 4 days
10/08/2004 - 00:42:26 - TR - and my office boy forget to send the package
10/08/2004 - 00:42:33 - ME - this is not a problem, problem is not replying to ICQ, mail, SM
10/08/2004 - 00:42:53 - ME - if u told me I would be cool but not knowing makes people worry
10/08/2004 - 00:43:07 - TR - Yes i know this
10/08/2004 - 00:43:15 - TR - Tomorow sure 100% your package will be SENT

I straight away checked on Fedex site and if package was sent on Tuesday it said I would receive it today, but the tracking reference returned these results >> No scan record for the following shipments has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact Customer Service. This did worry me a bit, but I hoped it would appear soon.

Today is Thursday, Smart Clips have not been received and there is still no tracking information for the package, I asked Trondo on ICQ on Wednesday and today by text to speak to Fedex and try to sort the problem, I have not received a reply I spoke to Fedex today who said that no packages had been sent to my address from Egypt, as far as they are concerned no package has been sent.

...I don't doubt that Trondo is trustable, but communication is poor. I made it clear when ordering that these were urgent, I wanted them for Monday at the latest. I have customers complaining daily at me as I had promised them the begining of this week. I am now begininning to doubt they have been sent at all after speaking to Fedex, which will mean I won't get them for some time again

I would like this resolved today or a refund from Trondo including fees paid so that I can buy clips elsewhere.

What are everyone elses thoughts on this situation, I don't think I am been unfair?

FedEx have bad tracking system. In my causes I'm receive package faster than can see tracking references at FedEx's page. Don't worry. You got Your tracking number, so no need to disturb him anymore. It's summer - time of vacations . Just wait little. Trondo very good and trustable man.

trondo is 100% ok, but in august everything works slower, be patient, and you'll get your package

also u must consider that talking with many customers replaying phone calles .. mails .. ext every day is very hard job for the resellers ..
Trondo is agood trustable guy .. but he busy some time ..
give him a break and sure u will recieve ur package soon

@ Chuk >> Sure I understand this, all I ask is that Trondo takes 5 minutes to phone Fedex and sort the problem, package was already sent 5 days late, maybe there is a problem at Fedex such as package is in local depot and phoning them will solve the problem, stopping any further delay

@ farrell & RedeYeS >> I am not saying that Trondo is not trustable, I am just asking for better communication, sure it is summer and he is busy, but this is business not a hobby, package is already 4 days late and still not arrived!!

if hes too busy to reply to a simple message or 5 mintues then hes too busy to make the sale!

you cant mess about customers and expect to have a good reputation

Hello

To be honest I also had problems with Trondo. Very bad communication, slow work and the most important - no support for Lurker dongle at all.

He is not cheater, but I will never buy from him again.

He hasn't contacted Fedex or sent me scan of shipment labels so I can sort myself

...there is still no trace for reference 845664046073 and Fedex say there is no package from Egypt to me.

Trondo is supposed to send replacement clips by UPS today and send me tracking info

In my book, if you make a promise, you should keep the promise!!

Stuff the Fedex excuses that some of you people have spoken about, if you send money to someone on the promise they will be delivered on a certain day, and you tell your own customers the date they will get their items, and then nothing arrives 4 DAYS after the supposed delivery date what would you be doing??

I am sorry, but there is NO excuse for this, and very bad reputation is being built on this posting from mobile-bits. And mobile-bits is getting a bad reputation also by not delivering to HIS customers when he said he would....and who is to blame??

When you do good business with 1 person, he tells 5 people
When you do BAD business with 1 person, 5,000 people will read about it....

Already lost orders from 2 customers.

Still no scan of FEDEX documentation or UPS tracking code for replacement

Things are looking up

Trondo didn't send by UPS, but again by Fedex tracking code 848440655677.

It says they should be delivered by 18th August 2004, dingers crossed!
