Problem With YamcellUnlocks : [Answered]

Hello everyone,

I have dispute with Yamcell UNlocks

I used his service when All AT&T 0.25$ Service were suddenly down :

He unlocked my list and from list some not Unlocked

so for that i have Credit balance of 165$ with him :

and i didnt asked for refund at that time : thought service will work again and i will use my credits

but now after 1-2 month he is telling me that i given a bad imei :

means no refund for bad imei :

so i opened a dispute today with him for my 165$ only ( not for full amount )

So plz Support for clear out this matter :

NOW HE IS DENAYING :

AFTER LONG DISCUSSION HE AGREED FOR DOING 3 IMEIS FOR ME ( CURRENT COST 50 - 50*3 = 150$ )

BUT WHEN I GIVEN HIM ORDERS - TILL 2 DAYS NOT PROCESSED : AND YESTERDAY TOLD WILL GO IN NEXT BATCH :

AS I HAVE CREDITS WITH HIM I ORDERED : HE THINK I M BEGGING :

SO NOW I NEED REFUND : NO WANT TO DO ORDERS WITH HIM :
