Customers have the right to be treated right. Closing and deleting threads that contains inquiries and queries about their product is not a good thing to do... Well, if they can't provide what the customer wants, then they should be honest about it, tell the customer that we doesn't have that or we can't provide what you need rather than playing safe, closing and deleting threads and calling their customers lazy, etc, etc...
