DEAR Raskal, i am here in the name of some potuguese customers, to ask you why there are some pkeys that was exchanged but still not activated, and some of them already posted as activated but still give: JAF dongle init failed....
I want to know also why you posted in phone tools for portuguese customers ask for Manole and Zulea?? I know as far as i am in gsm field that we must respect each others job and work, and that is something i always do, even knowing that there are some people in this field, that think that have the king on its belly just because have some money, i know and hope this is not your case cause i always buy your products. Also know that some customers feel angry and say things that are not so good in hear but i know you understand that we feel like in between a war that is not ours. and we "customers" are always
loosing, like in this case of pkeys. I am here with all respect asking you this questions waiting for your answer, and asking you to please activate the exchanged pkeys of Portugal and see why supposed "activated" ones are not working. They are all posted in phone tools but thread for Portugal is closed. I know you have many work but as everybody payed and believe in your product i think you could see this more closer, before putting another product on market. as you always ask i would like to ask also for your phone number or a way of contact you.

the number of pkeys changed in portugal was very lowest i did get my pkey changed.

soory just want to correct my english here, cause i couldn´t edit before.

Here in Portugal only a small number of pkeys was exchanged and i couldn´t exchange mine cause the days were limited, and i didn´t know.

if there are pkey for exchange and those has been posted, those pkey will be exchanged, you just need to be patient since i have to check each serial one by one.

if reseller have exchange cards on stock, i will work out those cards and exchange till those cards finish.

i don't think there is any point to talk till mods/admins clean up this forum from trash

I didn´t understand what you mean by this. Thanks in your replying, But what i am saying Raskal is that we don´t, and we can´t wait till cheaters or cracks soft be banned. We that buy your product don´t have nothing to do with that. Once, you are together ,then it happen something between you people then you start hating each other and the mess is done. I am not here insulting anyone neither you. I am looking for a right that you know we have. I know you must have many work but why it take so long to activate those pkeys. Each one of us here in portugal payed for the exchange and you know also that without pkey, Jaf box is useless. So as the same way you are tired of hearing this or that,you should think or you should see with mods/admins as You got the power not us customers(couse thats the way you treat us . ) a way of eliminating this things that bother you that i agree that those softs only damage gsm world. But again i say we customers can´t do much. You and mods and admins that have the power to stop this in forum. We don´t have to wait this thrash to go to the garbage to have our problem solved. If customers complaint is couse they have your product, and couse they want to use it. As you say Jaf users are lossing and much. But not couse of Manole or Zulea now, in the beginning yes but nowadays,most of the keys exchanged are not activated or some activations are not woking, and box is to stamp papers. If we insist in this point is that we still believe in you and in your work, but if you don´t think this is good for you, if you still, with this way of thinking that users are just bothering you with no reason , i think you are going to loose a bit of market. Is just an activation for customers use your box.

First of all, portuguese people do NOT cry. Portuguese people CLAIM for something its their right. Second,You instead of cracking softwares you could mantain and give support to the ones Zulea put on market , not just abandoning people n the middle of the way. or do something really good for .

I agree with you. If Mr Raskal not start to change pkey again are lost more customers in more country ,more friends in gsm busines are go to buy else product to else team.
Im not enervous for my damaged pkey,i have also else box to work ,hwk,universal box and Mt box .Not neccesary for me to use Jaf , but i think if i buy something i want to use something .
And dont forget Mr Raskal you are for customers and not customers for you.Around the world you lost the prestige with this negative atitude!
Come on!! wake up!!, create a new security to jaf change the damage pkey and go away not war !!!
Make some new atitude to see the customers you have prestige again !!

i dont see why keep selling new pkeys if this have been fully 101% emulated and working !!!
i dont se why not make a new security for jaf if its not dead
i dont see why not just saying wtf is going on !!!
stop selling new pkeys who gonna die soon cuz of this program or other , find a new solution and stop telling us storys !!!
make new security , will cost a bit more , but will be safe again to make new updates for jaf.
as product manager this is your job to protect your customers to not lose money with their jobs.
and this pkey replacing take to much time ppl are losing money , and as its sound bad !! , we dont give a sh.it !!!
we are tired as you with all this story , so if you are trying to do something , do it on the better side , and dont find half solutions for a few days till next crack show or next program will kill our new pkey and you will say , this is our foults !!
