RIZWANJAT (sonorkID 100.1602801) refund my money now

Hello, I am in contact with the owner of Powered By Rizwan Jat +923338364154, I sent him 200$ on 27 March 2014, he promised me to unlock my AT&T phones with 70-90% success rate. Price was 12.50$ and I sent 16 IMEIs, 8 of them are rejected, 4 are unlocked, 4 are in process from more than 20 working days. So all I want is to cancel last 4 imeis and to refund my 150$ to paypal, nothing more. I tried a lot of times to ask him for this and the answer was that he don't have paypal (but he received my money over paypal). I have no more time to wait him.

Bro one thing I want clear and also all know AT&T Clean service ration 50-80% in all over world and also I asked him same and in this thread he says about 90% first this thing wrong anyway
I can return his money no issue I ma no cheater anything else
I give him 2 way to get payment
1st:-He can give me any order for unlock iPhone no AT&T another carrier
2nd:-I asked him wait because in PK no paypal account and when i recieved money via pyapal from my any client i give him your paypal he send u
but he not agree always push me
in my eyes 1st option better for both and if he not trust on me he can leave here in this thread your any order i done and reply here

Man, I don't need anymore of your fake service, reject my 4 orders that left and refund 150$ and erase me from sonork/skype and so on, don't want to here anything about you. About no paypal in PK - you take money over paypal, no more stupid excuses.

Some pakistan sellers using paypal .. but that paypal account not registered in pakistan . they use there friends and relatives In another countries.

i give u other solution. Use money gram or western union sr RIZWAN . Send money to any of ur friend that use paypal and can receive money w/o problem. Then send via paypapl to GSMunlock4. Only need less than 200 use in cash.
Hope can solve problem soon.

Well,He Can Send him Direct via WU/Money Gram From Pakistan , there No restriction in receive and send money

This is good but you know impossible these days, I sent RIZWANJAT bank details of one of my friends in Pakistan that I owe money too, so he can simply send him this 150$ and finish this drama.
