Yep i am naive but before i did some research and he seems to be alright.
On this forum he is using nick bcnboy.
He was running the shop in Spain

Dr Mobil
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Address: C/Arc De Sant Agustin 7, bajos
08001. Barcelona

He was offering in Main sales section for 70 EUR pcs.

I transfered him 1890 eur for mobiles and 55 euro delivery.
He told my many times that parcel is send i should have it in 3 days and bla bla bla. He never send me parcel number. Since 2 month he was sending phones to me. Now his mobile is off all the time , he is not responding icq,msn, skype etc.
Last pm i had from him is :

"I am sorry for all the delay but its due to my stupidity phones are stuck here, just give me little time if I dont sort out in 10 days, you will have your money back on the first of next month, I am not a cheater but some problems created by myself make me look bad, send me your bank account detail, if I dont sort in next 10, 12 days you can post here in cheater section and internet fraud complain . I request you about this for time, and I am not enjoying your money as you think its none of the cheater mind/

What i am thinking he was playing with me to gain time and he is not living anymore in Spain.

Anyway all case is reported to POLICE , with full information about bank acc numbers, contacts etc.

So if anyone have contact send him my regards

He is not cheater may be he got any police problem already or
Tax issue.he is still in Barcelona same place.spain police never do
Take qction against This type of activity.máximum 24 hours jail &

Dialogue - is a literary and theatrical form consisting of a written or spoken conversational exchange between two or more people.

So you need two people to do it. And believe there is more legal actions to be taken apart from informing police. Internet fraud is a crime sentenced up to 3 years in EU. I have so many times empty promises, i paid for goods 2 month ago and never received. Its enough time to sort it out. I been lied 2 times that parcel is send. And now i have another promises that i will get my money back in one week. I have my bills to pay and 2000 euro its not 20 euro. So stop telling me that bcnboy is honest person.

Now he doesn't need those comments about bcnboy being honest or not. he only needs his money. he said it's been two months and one story to the other so if you can give him his money on bcnboy's behalf i'm sure he'll heed your advice "not to waste forum space" but until then that advice means nothing to him.

it may be waste of forum space to you but not him who has close to 2000 euro in limbo.

I am in the process of making his payment in with next two weeks, he gets what he paid, I am not a stealer or robber , so personal and financial problem plus bad luck in this deal, he will get his payment soon, I have all his bank details so no worth yelling any more, I will clear it all. and thanks wjock for his patience i really am sorry for what happened.

Ok lets make it clear, its not about giving time. Its about empty promises and lies. I dont mind wait for some time , but if sombody lies to you that your parcel is on way two times, then giving empty promises next week , next week .... . and never full them. Mobile phone off , if he is some honest why he did not give me a call and explain evrything. On begining of past week he pm me with information that he will make transfer to the end of this week. Now on public forum he is telling that he need 2 more weeks. I respect all holidays and evrything but i have my bills to pay, and his friend are telling me that he is spending time with family ... helooo .. i am almost 2k euro short. What i supose to tell my family that one guy supose to send me phones 2 months ago and i dont have contact with him because he have holidays. So maybe some of his friends of him will transfer money and take it back from good guy Sharif.

So please stop telling me this bla bla bla. Truth is he should fix it up before i was forced to hunt him on other forums, and i am far away from bringing up this kind of things to public forum but i was FORCED TO.
