Same tricks again - skype: raidev02, Eye Cloud Service, get money and not replay

So I see two threads before mine where this guy with skype - raidev02 and skypename - Eye Cloud Services TMOBILE direct source, take money from someone for iCloud remove and then disappear. Well he do the same to me I sent 110USD for iCloud clean remove for phone from Germany. So please take action against him because he did same thing again.
