Setool 3 box from ipmart(card error) - GSM-Forum

Dear forumers,

Do you guys have problems with setool 3 box from IPMART??

I just buy a brand new SETOOL 3 BOX and i cannot use it and it irritating.
I wanted to use it ASAP and seem that the IPMART support team is slow.

I am not happy with it!!!

unplug and plug again your box to usb and then start setool

I still not happy!!!

The corespondent of IPMART didnt answer me today.

Didi you open the box to check if the smartcard is fitted properly?

Please don't open you box, because guaranted is runnig, just check with ipmart support

It is a broken box...sent it for repair(warranty)....until now nothing happen,just wasting time waiting for it...

It a wake up call for them...and lesson learn for gsm repair newbies.

IPMART is not good for your business.

hasmidzul i have go through your case and rrealy sorry about this delay happen reason we need to ship the whole batch few K pcs card back to author and they need time to ship back to ipmart
