Siemens Monopoly

Why do Siemens control such a tight monopoly of the parts for thier products? I simply need a new set of case screws for my SL55 and they won't sell them to me because they say it is too complicated to open the phone up (I did it in less than 5 minutes).
They treat you like dummies and stop anyone repairing their own property - disgusting!!!
Anyone else had similar problems???

Yes, i had problems with Nokia, once, i've asked them to sell me 1000 pcs PF08103 at 1.6 usd each and they refused. Later some guy from hungary sold me these at 1USD each. So, for sure, You should try someone from Hungary.
