Member: 1241190 Status: Offline Sonork: Fageed Thanks Meter: 6 | Is the site x-sim.me deliberately stealing us ? I apologize for my words here. But I was in trouble because of this site. I am dealing with it for a long time as I deal with many other sites. The technical support for this site is worse than any other site I've ever seen. http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f875...oblem-2218264/ Look at my problem, I complained a long time ago and so far my problem has not been solved. The problem is that I have ordered some devices. And the server of this site informed me that they were opened. When I checked them using the iTunes it also informed me that they were opened but there was no network. The file "Softbank Japan" is still present and didn't disappear. https://c17i.imgup.net/168e9604-b8e4d.jpg?l=de they can't do anything for me. The problem is sure with the hardware. I expected this as their response was, but the client did not accept this. He took 20 (IMEI ) number from my devices. In less than a week he was calling me and telling me that the devices were being opened so I checked one of the devices and it was already opened. https://s17.postimg.org/l4btn98r3/346.png He sent me this evidence that I sent to the site x-sim.me but no reply from them although I sent them all the evidence they had requested. The technical support of this site is very slow. And now I have to refund all the money back to the client, or refund the money of the opened devices and open the rest of the devices so as not to be counted on me. The site x-sim.me doesn't want to answer. They don't want to be convinced of my problem. I have never asked them to refund the money but I asked for resend the orders. There may be a problem with the unlock orders. But they didn't accept the idea, and the Supplier didn't accept it too. And now my question is: Have I lost my money? Have my rights been lost? It's really unfortunate that you find this happening in a famous site you didn't expect to do that. What is the solution? I put my problem in your hands. And I want you to help me to find the solution. evidences http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/atta...1&d=1496055411 |
