SL3net.com the worst support provided [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Hi. All the time i have problem ,need to wait a few days need to spend and disturb a lot of people sending e mails to get out of trouble, need an activation
they are not answering they are not answering on skype mails icq etc

I need to add a 2 machines to system having problem cannot get in touch with them can anybody let them know that the point its not to sell soft and cash the money but the point is to provide a support for customers as well im sure im not alone with this point.

Contact any of their resellers: surely they can give you a quicker support.

Ive sent them a couple emails no answer they just ignore me contacted 2 supporters here is 1 of logs from skype second resseler might be ll help me but allready im waiting 3 days

The funny thing is that i need to reorgenize all my computers to use another service and they are not responsible?just cant find a words nobady can contact them to solve this?
