cheaters or not cheaters all you have to do if your paypal is funded through VISA is to call your bank with the details of the transaction so as you can do a charge back and so the son of bitches will not cheat you. Overall Paypal are just dumb asses. Don't expect any help from them for refunds since normally the fraudsters would clear the funds out. However hey dont have control over chargeback

so they ll be ****ed up for good. To add more they ll be monitored by the bank which in turn will inform the authorities of fraudulent activities by the user..... the world has become too small

It is as simple as that. As a rule never use western union or bank transfer UNLESS you know with whom you are dealing with and is 100% trusty.

Hope this helps all those honest ppl who were cheated by some son of a bitch.

Ovidel, you can not stop those ppl if you are not carefully yourself. Paypal not care this really but you can. Simply do what i am also doing. For all new customers which want to purchase i am sending this mail:

ATTENTION:

First time customers will have to send a verification after payment to make sure that no hijacked paypal account / no stolen credit card was used.

In past we had a lot of fraud with hijacked Paypal accounts / stolen credit cards and are FORCED to verify customers now.

You will have to send a scan/photo of SOMETHING official that shows that you are the legit account holder of the used Paypal account / that you are the legit owner of the used credit card (e.g. scan/photo of driving licence/phone bill/gas bill/what ever, you can use your camera enabled phone to take a picture).

If you can not/want not provide a SIMPLE proof that you are the legit account holder of the used Paypal account we have to assume that you are a Paypal account hijacker and reverse the transaction. We also will have to report this possible fraud to Paypal for investigation.

Please DON'T BUY IT in case you will not be able to send a SIMPLE proof for what ever reason.

Try and will works, do not try to sell fast fast without checking them one by one, take your time and you will save future headache. Paypal is very safe and very good, but you must know how to use it.

I hope it works for you, anyway if any of those cheaters cheated you with JAF box, just pass me the proove and i will blacklist box.

I totally agree with RASKAL ; i alreay deal with Ovidel ;he is really honest guy
We should stop these activities by blacklist all boxes .

Also dont forget to make a not of the ip number some of these cheaters are so ignorant that they think thatt they cant be traced over the internet. These are people who are of very low IQ otherwise they would not do this. I have people comming into my shop with stolen phones as IMEI is blocked I gust call the police. UK police are good when you bring this upp, but Swedish police are the pits they just do not care even when it is a case of a fraudulent seller or customer. When I was a Barrister I used to have to defend these scumbags in the English court with a stupid wig on my head. Any body interested in me putting upp special site with list, but i will need evidence first of fraud and relivant documents. This way dealers and buyers can do bakroun cheak via the site i intend to start upp. By the way where the law fails there other ways.

no one will care about any IP for an 90 usd amount, this is the truth. the persons doing paypal cheating come most from vietnam, russia and nigeria and they are using virutual credit cards which they registering on any phone name from the usa online phone book. a virtual credit card u can pay by western union so you remain total anonymus, because no western union offer will check if you are John Smith if you are sending 100 usd by western union. In this way they have a confirmed paypal account and a confirmed adress as well

best way is to be more carefully and to protect yourself

problem is when you sell server accounts/logs ... because only there i sell with paypal ... i didn`t sold to anyone boxes or other things that i shipped , by paypal ... i accept paypal because there are a lot of peoples that prefer this way

in case u selling logs, u just don't sell it automatic, you must verifie every order by hand one by one.

of course you have "good" and fast sales, since the cheaters buy from you the accounts, and they resell to others for half price

and from all names you listed, this is not all diferent persons, it is maybe 2-5 different persons just using many many names.

Hi,

In every retail business there is a percentage of loss due to fraud, theft, etc.
Doesn't matter online store or your regular corner shop. You just adjust your
prices to cover the fraud, plus as parent poster said - do not make the system
automated, but process by hand.

On the other hand Paypal are too big now, make too much money and don't
care to add more protection. And not last, they are owned by Ebay - the guys
that legalized selling stolen good online, so what more you expect

There is one more way to verify a customer.

I was just made a deal in paypal with setool logs and i asked this customer to send me his ID. He was offended by my request, but he also ask me to check his name in this forum.

His name was listed in cheater section, but as a trustable man in this forum, so i decided to give him my trust on this and hope was good decision.

This forum is another way to verify customer identity and his honesty.

The true of this is everything changes, either cheaters. So only way to keep away from them is take more safety measures... No matter if you have to slow a transaction via paypal.
