Well what can i said im tired of the excuses the lies and everything this guy said..he begg me to not post this but i gave him plenty of time to fix it and nothing

i send to this scammer 230usd for 2 att iphone unlocks to this paypal account:

the payment was on 1st feb ..if u look how much time pass..he told me service its working and 15 days and its 100% refoundable..then service stop to work i wait all the time..after he fails to deliver the code i start to bother him and said to refound me my money--they said wait a couple of days and so on..after wait almost 1 week for my refound he said another provider its unlocking and we can send it again and try--well now everyone knows service its not working and again fight for the refound..he told me many lies..wait 2 days--wait until monday..give me 24hrs and its 100% ..and many many lies..today again with the lies..he begg me yesterday to not post it in forums i will fill a complaint in paypal and i will post everywhere to expose this scammer..

For your info i explained the situation already.And the refund is in process.I am however working out some issues with paypal after i was also robbed in this iphone deal.It is refundable and after u get your money please remove this post.

if payment was made by paypal then contact them . paypal sure refund ur payment against proper evidence.

i don't think paypal can do anything with this at this time since you have a 45 days from the date of payment to raise a dispute. my suspiscion is that he was giving the excuses so the 45 days will elapse after which paypal cannot do anything. i advice you contact paypal with the evidence of your conversation and let's see what can be done. these people sometimes can be funny.

exactly that f$cker wait for that..cause the first time i open a complaint on paypal he beg me to close it and he will send the money..even on saturday we talk and he said dont worry im picking up some money and in 2hrs max i will send ur money..after that he never answer again.. im even offear more and more money for his personal info and address .

its funny how he keep lying btw..now he said his employeee stole all his money and thats why he dont answer i get a working paypal account to send..he keep saying excuses ..i even said to him to give me credits in his crapy website gsmlocks.com ..excuses too.... i contact some people and start to know he scam to several people and dont care..then start working again using same name also..still offering a reward on his f$%ckin head..so anyone??
