universal box is very bad hardware, cost 400 usd and box just dies by not using it, and when ask for repair they say contact reseller, but reseller only give 3 months warranty, they could at least offer cheap reprogram or repair.
Guys never buy this box!!! Waste of money better put 400 usd in a trashcan or give it some poor fellow.

so not to confuse with other box I am talking about the Universal Box Dongle box. its used mainly for nokia and sonyericsson unlocking very bad hardware and very bad support!!!

Yes I fully agree with the hardware of the box is crap but as far as the softwre is concerned either support is question or the software itself than I personally think it is brilliant. Behind the scenes of the hardware of Universal Box Narry is the master mind. He always uses **** hardware and f**k the market.

yes, I like their solutions in software, but what good is it, if hardware is too fragile and no repair offered, only buy again 400 usd box?

i think is UB is a good box. try to solve your problem with supporters. they will solve your case i think

if you read 1st post, support say contact reseller, they dont care and they know that box is badly manufacturted and designed. dont buy this box! buy other boxes instead which dont break so easy. if you look in UB forum you will see a lot of ppl have broken box, some bought even 4 boxes because break so fast, I not buy again, they cheated me once and will not cheat me again. in Ub forum you will also see a lot of ppl lose a lot of logs or credits and there is no trying to help there either.
very bad support and very bad hardware.

i got a ub box that says no bootloader for the device found when i try to flash it can u plz help anyone..\
