Without this, is a quite hard to follow the procedures, expecially with companies who deal every day with undreds of customers and not only 10-20. It is only a suggestion and anyway is better as well keep a civil mode to move in any business issue BR Alex |

From your chat log shown here Christophe seems to have been very calm as you seem to have taken a very aggresive and rude approach to the most simple of questions , when all he was trying to do was trying to help if you cant supply him with a order number then what can he do as Moulnisky said they deal with 100s of customers on a daily basis and if you cant help them how are they supposed to help you. Maybe if you treat them in a more professional and respectful way they will do the same for you, if someone came to your shop and spoke that way with you and your staff how would you react to them, but if they can and explained there problems in a calm and respectful manner i am sure you would treat them different too. Just my experiance with GPG and my opinion BR MAttYB |

He say send money and don't get goods; But he don't make order how we can know what he need. Only thing he can say is Bad Service Bad Service. I am online 18H/ day on all Possible Tchat available. This is not about custumer respect... He has gone much over this! Yesterday he sent me money proof of payement which are not even my bank account!!! Why don't he simply say : I order this. I paid this Much. I need! Nothing nothin!!! only Blablabla Now once again as he don't want reply me SEND ME PROOF PAYEMENT. AND WHAT U NEED. It will be solved in the same time like was solved yesterday with teh UB Credits. Now Don't send money without order and after blame us!! |
