Seller Unlockcellular.com with excellent feedbacks did not ship my stuff to me on time or ... I paid him Sep 3 for 1 smart clip for the first shipment ,10 n-box and 10 smart unlockers for the second shipment. I got the first shipment very soon. Here is the DHL (usa)tracking number: 34692276345.

However, the second shipment never comes to me. The tracking number he gave me: 34692276441 (DHL USA) does not exist in DHL tracking system.

Emailed him on Sep 15th and got a quick response: "hah thats not good we shipped last week!!! and should be there in 2 days. let me check my warehouse." Then no response after that.

He was a excellent seller. I heard he goes to China for some reason. But does it mean that he can hold my money and does not ship my stuff? Please give me an explaination, unlockcellular!!

He is here now in ShenZhen-China on a business trip, I will tell him to contact you as soon as possible.

6:56pm got his ICQ message:"dude relax we are contacting dhl to find out where the **** is the package".
fonestop:"will it take that long to find the tracking number???"
No response to my question.

7:08pm got his email: "relax man... warehouse person is invstigating.... I am at factory in china ...."

Ask him to give me a tracking number. No response. Hope I can get my stuff soon.

He should at least let buyers know what's going on there. Shipped or not shipped...

9 days passed, nothing comes to me. Plus the tracking number does not work. I am not sure if he is really trying to find the package or what.

Man... WTF... lack of moral.... let the true story be told... np2005 *** hole... I dont know who you are but if you want to talk me face to face about moral..... you all know how to contact me.

Ok, this is the truth: fonestop order 1 smartlip for next day delivery which I did and have instock but he also order 10 smartunlocker and 10 nbox. I told him UPFRONT I dont have smartunlocker in stock and have to wait couple days untill new stock arrive. tell me which reseller told their customer when they dont have stock? they always says instock, yes ship , but after money is recieve then says no stock.....

new stock arrive, we shipped dhl#34692227441. He doesnt want to pay expensive shipping so he asked for second day for cheaper price. Me, because I lack of MORAL like np2005 said, I ship NEXT DAY FOR FREE!!!!!! that is at least $75 from my own pocket!!!

Check the dhl tracking, dhl want to deliver BUT no one there so WHO'S FAULT is there? DHL try to deliver MANY TIMES!!!! one more thing, I make mistake because the dhl number I have him originally is for 2nd DAY so I have to create a new one for NEXT DAY.... but \who the f u c k know he will not be there .... he was there for the first order?

Now, about the lack of communication, as I told him about my trip to china... my interent is so slow....plus I have more urgent businss to attend then listen to all this bull sh!t as you ALL know who is the best reseller here....

Finally, if you not happy with our service EVENTHOUGH this is NOT our fault, send it back and full refund will be issued.

I have proof from dhl tracking that I shipped..dhl#34692227441...what else you want? Its not my f u c king fault if you cant be there to accept the delivery...

Why bother to explain yourself to some waister?! He can see by the feedback you have an excellent reputation yet still shouts and screams like a big baby..This whole section should be deleted from this forum as it is full of crying babies who cannot accept that mistakes happen in business!
Give the man a refund and never deal with him again!You don,t need his money for sure
