i send for him 990 eu money by wu
now i dont want working with this server becuse not have any service i want
i need refound pending money
he say i am not bank
can not refound
any service i ask from him he sell expencived more than other
it is clean busines ???
i need admin , motherator help me for refound my money

hello to all,
he is the first person who make this complain about my service.

let's try to clear this problem here with u opinion please...
we have received from him 990 euro via WU before 9 months ago, he has left 201 credit / euro in my server.
(2013-02-05 2013-02-05 2013-02-05 19:01:29 990.00 EUR Paid)

he use our service for unlock iphone Orange Swiss until service was working. But as u know now this service now is free.

i offer him to give any service and i told him i will try to give best price as i can but now he weak up after 9 months and asking for refund 200 euro left in server.

do u think is correct to refund to him? do u mean server owners are like a bank for leave the money there for some time and when u need to it take back ??? (he send via WU but the refund now he prefer via paypal)

i never had any problem with no own as u know im here long time ago i work with many box team, server owners etc...
please i need opinion of all moderators, admins and server owners how u will do on this case ?

Hi Faruk,
I can get your point but, unluckily, if you can't offer him any service he can be interested in, the refund is anyway due.
I can understand that from your side been a lost the story with the swiss networks but this is the market and we can't change it.
I'm sorry but must invite you to process the refund.

Just to be clear he did not ask me for any service or any price yet. This mean his his msg here is not true.
Btw not worth for speak more about this case.
For the respect of Alex and all people here in our community gsmhosting I will do refund, but never mine I'm obligated to refund after 9months. Coz I'm not a bank to keep money of anyone.

Leave here u paypal and I will send it in 24h inshAllah.

refund him money brother,you lose 200 i hope you will earn more and more no worries about this you are completely right ,servers are not banks but what to do some people think that by refunding them 200 euro they will earn on other place by depositing in other servers the due amount ,you just did your respected job,some people are happy and some not ,wish you my best my brother Faruk :-)
