it was not password problem but ip blocking problem, and he fixed it yesterday.

Dear Customers,

As UnlockBase becomes more and more popular, some hackers can try to send trojans or phishing emails to steal your UnlockBase password. We strongly recommend that you install a serious Firewall + Antivirus solution (like Kaspersky) to better protect you against these hackers. We also recommend to avoid downloading free software on RapidShare, or any free website, especially when it sounds too beautiful to be true (it will be most of the time a trojan).

In the same time, to protect our valued customers we setup new security measures on UnlockBase :

- First, we changed all passwords on Saturday, June 27th. If you didn't receive your password by email, please use the password recovery feature on the UnlockBase homepage.

- Then, we added an IP / Browser Verification system : if a suspicious activity is detected, we'll temporarily lock your account and you will need to contact us to confirm the legitimacy of the connection attempt.

- Finally, for people who travel a lot or have different types of internet connection, and to avoid your account being locked everyday, we ask you to update in the "Settings" menu your CELLPHONE NUMBER in International format (ie: +xxxxxxxxxxx, and not 00xxxxxxxx); this allows you to confirm your identity by typing a PIN code received by SMS.

For people who don't want to get annoyed by these rules, we can turn off the security (no more SMS verifications) but then it's your responsibility to keep your password safe! You can send us your suggestions, or ask us to disable this security on our account by leaving us an email : [email protected]
