warning, cheat ipmart service


hello every body, i'm in war with this cheat company... i bought equipement from their web and I don't receive anything from 2 months, and they didn't do anything to solve my probleme, the clearance france ask them for more document but they didn't answer .... you can see by ur eyes Fedex ship Number 445450762937 and see the delay..

hello, everybody... today i receive the best mail in the world lol Hihihi
i paid 380 euro the package and finaly ipmart sent me this :return shipping cost = EURO 84.71
custom fees = EURO 150
restocking fee = EURO 96.18
total charges = EURO 330.89
hihihih so it's mean i offer them : 330.89 ... F**** Ipmart cheat service i lost money time ... and Ipmart didn't do anything for me

When you buy from outside europe you must always put in the budget the custom fees: who is in the import/export sector well knows the issue.
If you don't, sorry about, is just your fault.

i have never have probleme with any ship before!! abd now too, and the fee tax in general i paid between 30~50 euro not 350 for 380 euro of package !!!! and by the yes **** france clearance service I'm agree but Ipmart don't do something and don't take initiative quicly to resent the package

if custom in europe have item from china , it will be during 1 weeck and if is loos it , only sender with tracking number cann go to your postoficce and ask about it , i that payer can do nothing .

We are writing regarding the shipment referenced above and confirm the following information :



This shipment was sent from China on 04.16.10 and was scheduled for delivery in France on Monday 04.19.10. Unfortunately, the package has been selected by the French Customs upon its arrival in France.

French Auhorities have opened the shipment and noticed that the certificate of Conformity was missing for clearance.

Both consignee and shipper have been informed of the situation but could not provide the document.

Therefore the shipper in China has requested the return of the package to him.



The shipment was sent back to China on 06.11.10 on international air waybill number 85477*******.



We hope that this message will be useful,

In this scenario you own a full refund from ipmart as the fault for the missing documents is their own.
Instead of the invoice for the return they shoud or resend the package including, this time, the right documents for the conformity, or give you full refund.
My apologies if what I said in my post before could have been read in a bad way.
