so any one want to buy this crap you have been warned universal box have very bad hardware and product Producer refuse to fix it even for money sure that because he can't fix his dead boxes

we Bought all gsm boxes and any box dead for any reason we send it for china to repair but with ub you have to buy this crap again and again


and those idiots know that they made bad box and his clients faced the same problem many times
but didn't think for awhile to made a new hardware box .

possible to repeair if UB realesed the eprom programming. 1 of 3 box i had. dropped in ground battery fell out. if battery out. box dead..

however its their policy and its says so before u buy it.. so if u buy make sure read conditions.

if not agree dont buy

their politics for warranty is bad because of manufacturer.

reason of dead already dercribed by GSMman187 , it's due to failure of backup battery inside box .

I have also one dead UB but another one is still working . who knows when it will be dead

Yes i agree that box dies after 6months but in that time the money that i earn i can buy another 5 boxes.

all teams produce products knows very well how to fix it ,In case if the problem was Software or Hardware , but these people don't know what to do with their product.
