This company is pretending to be our reseller but is not.
The customers receive the cracked verson of SST 5.31 instead of it.
As we have got at about 10 e-mails from different customers that have asked us for support and are asking why the software is not working we decided to publish these details to avoid other cheated customers.
As some of the cheated customers are asking us for refund we inform them that we have no connection with the above company.
The above company itself is selling this pirated software (SST v5.31) for about 120$ -130 $ with the VAT which is a crime in EU and we hope that it will be soon closed.

I don't think you will be able to prosecute them in a court of law...

GSM scene is just like this.

But, you could put them on your main page as cheaters... Or just put out a newer version from old 5.x series for free on your main page as "lite edition" and make inside big splashscreen on start, that Unlockitnow is selling free cracked software.

Selling cloned stuff is on thing. It's OK, if customer knows what he recieves.

But selling free downloaded software is just cheating.

It's not even cloned/cracked/pirated, since SST 5.31 was unprotected for free long time ago.

Here i quoted their advertisement:

This thread was started to describe how you were charging your customers for cracked version of SST v5.31 cheating them that they will buy an original software paying 95$-105$ without VAT or about 120$ with the VAT as "All New Siemens Unlocking Kit".

So what do you send to your customers?Just cables?

And what is not true ?
That you sell cracked pirated version of SST v5.31 that you ship in a CD with the cables a "Unlocking Kit"?
Or that you lie your customer that they will buy original software so they ask us for support and updates?
Or that you send the software with instruction how to apply the crack to the software?
Or that you are not authorized to sell our software even renaming it as "Unlocking Kit"?
