You can ask NCteleconVN ,He can explain for you .But some friend has tell me that GSMgroup sell to NCtelecomVN some thing 5 month ago but untill now he did not received any thing from them .And they delay to refun money many times.(NCtelecom corect me if i am wrong ) But I think if gsmgroup cheat NCtelecom !So his price is very cheap to selling .Because I think with gsmgroup only some days can earn 9000 usd from Internet. And I know NCtelecomVN very well ,he realy good customor .Before I has sell some thing to him throught the net .
