Hi,
I've always been supporting the cryptocurrecies and the idea to adopt them for the gsm sector would be a great one, expecially considering the low transmission costs.
All of us well know how paypal is nowadays a scammer paradise so why don't really start to move in the cryptodirection?

Definitely would be great. I know some are supporting Bitcoin but most suppliers prefer bank wire for big payment it seems (or PayPal for small).

I think any suppliers offering Bitcoin as an option should advertise this in the Main Sales section so that people can know to work with them.

And also, look up BitPay if you are worried about Bitcoin price moving. BitPay makes it so that people can pay you in Bitcoin (chargeback cheating impossible this way) but BitPay automatically will convert to USD when you get it.

I actually sell them locally using the website localbitcoins.com: I get a good exchange rate and the money in my bank account or paypal immediately.
Almost in all country I realised there are big supporters of the cryptocoins nowadays so, knowing the proper way, using crypto is easy everywhere.

you don't need ATM to use bitcoin, you can make trades OTC with other users or in semi-p2p way with site like localbitcoin, the local communities are always growing. or you can send to exchange and cashout in your preferred option, withdraw to paypal okpay etc you can even utilise new concept of DEx like XCP to trade crypto asset in and out without counterparty risk. like for tangible goods which don't have such volatility swings, so you can store your holdings in virtual gold backed by full reserve for instance, if that's your thing,

There are lots of exciting innovations in crypto-currency space, in future we can see for example an unlock business which is autonomous and run by smart contracts on ethereum. they can receive payment and begin the process without intervention. if job is not complete within certain time auto-refund. no more dealing with time-wasting reseller who drive you and your customer mad holding funds asking 'one more day'

really paypal and cc are **** especially for digital goods, and never intended for that purpose, as a merchant you cannot be defrauded or victim of chargeback by using btc. you get frictionless remittance across borders, tiny fees, nobody can close or freeze acc. it's perfect for gsm business

Crypto is the future in payments, but today!
If you need refund option you can use code on your site with escrows like bitpay.
https://bitpay.com/bitcoin-payment-gateway-api

Of course, need to read a little about security precautions on keeping your bitcoins safe.

I can afford to buy in btc and in ltc, have them ready in my wallets. I believe many of us also can.

So why not at least consider to implement on you websites and give it a smart start?
