We apologise for the deley in processing your refund, it has been actioned today, so please check your account on line, today/tomorrow.

The delay was caused as a result of our implementing a new sales order processing system.

I am sure you will appreciate that a business on the scale of Fone Doctor must sometimes take one step back to take two steps forward.

However, that is not your problem, and should you wish, I will issue you with a £50 cedit note that may be used against further purchases by yourself.

If you do not wish to do this, I apologise anyway and fully understand your frustration.

I just had to say well done to fone doctor for the above statement in this day and age it is vary rare that any company especially on this forum will come straight out and admit there mistake and rectify it so quickly without making a load of poor excuses.

Also KATOUE you may with reason be upset but i am certain even you wil agree that fone doctor have resolved this situation in a most professional manner a simple thank you would not have gona amiss

Well said. I had difficulty with them once and found them a bit arogant at first, but in the end they mean well and i seem to have a good rapor with them now. This is a case where you sould not take anything at face value. Other companies can seem freandly and then ripp you off. At least phone doctor are upp front and honest.

That is my point i dont actually think they could have been more honest and open. It is just a shame that KATQUE did not have the manners to at least acknoledge they had solved his problem i even sent him a pm asking him to make clear they had sorted it out but he ignored that as well. Still not everyone has manners.

1.why did fonedoctor sent clone in replacement of ORIGINAL that was paid for?

on thier site was boldly displayed "ALL PRODUCTS ARE ORIGINAL"

2. if it was a mistake that means many had fallen VICTIMS of this TRICKS AND DUBIOUS character unknowingly

3. if what was sold was original why cant they replace instead of sending money?

let me say this KATQUE has nothing to apologise on at all rather FONEDOCTOR should compensate him for causing him to loose any job at all as regards what the equipment would had generated for him.

FOR ME AM COMING WILL RELEASE SOME DETAILS HERE........

LOL NO i am no ones crony mate what i said was in relation to the post made and in that instance i dont believe the fonedoctor could have done anymore and you obviously dodnt read it properly as the fonedoctor did offer to compensate him re read it and you will see that

As for your problems with them should i care? if so why?

As to there arrogance yes i agree certain memebers are thats why i no longer do any business with them there assertain that they where too big to deal with my business was rather funny especially when they went into liquidation and all there stores closed down lol but we are all guilty of arrogance i know i am but i am that arrogant i dont really give a f uck but thats just me.
