FuriousSIM takes money, doesn't ship !!!!

I placed my initial order for a couple of FuriouSIM 3G, along with the reprograming device, back on September 15th (2008). Since then, while an email claimed I would receive tracking numbers within 24 hours, I have received absolutely nothing.

My account information still shows "your order has not been sent", and repeated emails inquiring about the status of my order have gone unanswered, past *one* initial response of assurances that the order is to be sent 'next wee' (that's also 3 weeks ago, again).

It seems woefully obvious that FuriouSIM has a pretty webpage, but is not able to deliver products that people send them them money for -- and that they are incredibly unprofessional when it comes to customer service (i..e providing NO customer service).

Judging by other comments on this board, it seems that quite a few other 'customers' agree on these points, and that FuriouSIM appears to be staffed by con-men.

Save your money - you won't be getting what you pay for.

The same you told me. I have sent you several emails and you wanted to give me some informations about my order, but I didn't received any information about this. When furiousim is not a shame, why is it so complicated to deliver the orders or to give informations about the status of it?

You have got to be kidding Luskao, On what matter of fact have you even made such an obvious false statement. All this (sham) company ever does is not live up to its commitments and delete posts that it does not like. You must be from the store front or just a disillusioned idiot. I think the latter. As you can tell I am certainly not happy to have to wait for an order that I had placed on the 1st of September for a business and being repeatedly lied to by people linked to Furiuosim (especially Steve) on when the order will ship. At this point I am considering starting a profile on Resellerratings.com and on every other site/forum that I can find. I hate being screwed out of my hard earned money and lied to. Go ahead and delete my post if you must. I hope and pray that this business is ruined and that nobody else has to go through this fiasco.

Angry I was cheated to

I've been waiting since September 22nd. i payed for 5 sims and the usb updater. These guys got it coming for them real hard if they don't send out peoples orders.

As alternative u can order from GPGIndustries because is same sim "YESSIM". As for Steve proably nothing shipped because stock wasnt received also iof sent could take a while as EMS is terrible slow for soem countries.

Yes, he ran away with your few £'s... You people will only be treated with little respect for posting such problems in this section. Take it up with the TRUSTABLE supplier, not with the whole forum who already know Steve, Furious team is 1 million % trustable!

calm down man steve don't need any lawyer he can spoke him self , all we now that steve is not a cheater , but time is money and karim lost money because of delay .

I understand but my mistake is that due the emmergency to get the unlocker boxes, cables and softeare added the fact we used to do business, we persued me the to send him money using western union cause paypal is taking for ever to withdraw funds in order to buy in an other supplier and ship to me!!! He was doing in purpose and me like stupid trusted on him and now he is playing with me callings names and stress me because my customers is starting to bring me cell phones to be unlocked and be sent to Africa or even using in Portugal with different network.
