I know that i`m a new poster and new member of this forum
but i`d like to inform you about cheater in France because of my problems with him.
(www.gsmfactory.com)

1. Our company have sent to Romain ******* 306usd for
SONYERICSSON GTCL-001 Griffin Team Clip two weeks ago
and still have nothing.
2. Second problem that we requested our order by DHL
he sent us an order by some CHRONOPOST. (he answered so)
3. We don`t know what is chronopost and where to find it. he didn`t provided any information about it.
4. We don`t know how to track our order.
3. Problem that we still don`t have our ordered products.

So guys i recommend you do not have bussiness with this man Romain *******(www.gsmfactory.com) he`s a cheater.
And you will lose your money and time.

chronopost is a french fast delivery service... ask romain to give you a link where to enter your tracking number, he will do this for you

using another delivery company is not cheating yet, i think you are reacting a little bit fast

like it is said since months/years, romain can be slow(even very slow), but he will never cheat you

speak to him again, i am sure your "problem" is about to be solved

I just see this post, thanks to manouba for help my customer to track package and show I'm trustable, thanks also to source, abdoulaye, sanchez, etc...

To my customer, why you don't contact me by email ? I always answer to you and give you tracking number. As manouba show, the package is in your city since 13 February but you must call Chronopost now.

source : I send the package the same day I receive the money so I was not late.....
