Here is short story - I unlocked more than one year ago 68 IMEI of Tmobile USA for this guy:

He still owe me 1300USD from whole balance, I am begging him last 6 months to pay his debts and I have no more time to wait. He was talking with me, responding to my messages but refuse to pay all the time.

I never ever, cheat you, 68 IMEI were unlocked officially by T-Mobile USA, you owed me more than 5600USD and 1100USD left. Pay them, stop cheating people all over the world. You doing this all the time - give IMEIs and pay after they are done, but nobody else wants to be screwed by you this way.
