After receiving them, I tried one N95 JAF cable to unlock a phone, and it couldn't get into Local Mode. Clearly a cable malfunction. I wrote them on December 9th about the problem, and they answered me 30 minutes later day asking for more information. I gave all the information to them and 30 minutes later they gave me their shipping address so I could send the cable for replacement. I confirm them the shipment and ask them to send me a new replacement as soon as possible, and also checked by them. Again, they answered me 3 hours later telling me "Ok". So I waited until December 18th for any news, as the cable didn't arrive. I sent them an e-mail and did not get any answer. I send more e-mails on December 24th, January 5th, January 7th, January 13th and January 22nd. Of course my first nice e-mails turned into more pissed off mails, as they didn't answer to me once. I have used the following e-mail addresses: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] I'm still waiting for an answer. I told them on my last e-mail, on January 22nd that I will do this, and still don't get any answer. I don't care about the JAF cable, it's only 12€. But what piss me off is the way they ignore you after so many mails. And just imagine this is not a 12€ cable, but a 3.000€ new box... I've been their customers in the past, and I have bought from them cables when I needed them in a hurry, but trust me, this is the last time. And I know they will come here and say it's my fault, bla, bla, bla... This is just my feedback and my advise to anyone willing to buy anything from them. Just look any other store... |

Till date no news nor new cable from them. as u said, my last buy from them also. they are a disgrace to online shopping. thanks |
