Passed one month plus now: any news about these imeis? if no news just process the refund as your customer looks like is not willing to wait all the life for the service.

About the no refund policy, the forum already stated that the users are entitled to the refund of their residual balance: hijacking the users money is not allowed and quite few people been already banned cos of it in the past.

I can only confirm, don't buy from him!

He promised me first a WW service but wasn't working, then i had to charge other money for Sprint service and i'm waiting from January to unlock the imei!

Now he locked me on skype, on facebook and don't answer me anymore at my email, i lose 150 usd with him!
