hi all
I new comer in hardware repair.
I focus in iPhone.

I want to adhesive ic from mainboard iPhone.
How to adhesive ic not demage from maindboard.

cause very hard.
I saw ic is have glue in mainboard.

I used Quick 858A and flux Baku lot#:128-09-01 flux type R-625 Lo

please comment.

You need someone to do that work for you, not better equipment.

With regards to rework station, its better to buy the ones which are sold in your country. Otherwise it will not be repairable due to unavailability of spare parts.
