many type liquid have in market,for me I use soldering paste.





temperature depends on ****er quality,around 300-350.

firstly you must know about hardware problem,example,when you get problem is in power ic,first do rehot,if not success,reball the ic,not success you need change the ic,rehot & reball is for bad contact problem,need to change for damage ic.
