Arrow need gluded ic remuver.


i want to change iphone 4g baseband chip.but it is tightly fiting by some glue(like black colour)i don't know how to remove it.is there any equepment to remove this glue and change this ic ?

It's not so easy but there is a chemical liquit named " īc glue remover" (sorry i haven't link) but i'm not sure if working for this glue of iphone's.I beleive this is for old Nokia's black glue
My solution is to heat at 180-200 C and with a knife remove the glue from chip around and then heat more to remove the chip.
Becarefull coz from the other side of pcb there are some chips (PA) .

I tried paint remover before but it didn't worked.Can some one please post right procedure to remove black glue? Is it removes glue 100% or just soften it?
