Have you seen this smd part (white, 6-pin, label: K3F)

This is a part that has been destroyed on a board of a device I opened. It's not a cell phone, its a Sennheizer wireless in ear monitor bodypack.

That part was on the receiver on a board that is responsible for the RF communication. I tried to reflow the board but it blew.

I am uploading some pictures so as you can see it.

I have searched some datasheets and found that K3F is an smd code for some transistors but they are dark colored and have 3 pins as usually. So I am wondering if thats a transistor or something else.

For the record, I am guessing that it only has 3 pins because the upper 2 in the 2nd picture (which are common) are Not Connected on the board.

1st picture: There is a second identical part on the board which is intact (i think).
2nd picture: The part on the contact side. You can see the common pins.
3rd picture: The part on the upper side. The cover with the label blew away and thats what lies underneath.

Has anyone seen that before? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
