Member: 46341 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 15 | Nead Hi quality liquid flux! soldering? It hawe to be rosin based and HIGH active (quality) for welding bga on litle higher temperatures, for no lead based electronics (that means welding on litle beat higher temperatures!). It hawe to be high non conductive! It hawe to be high no acid active later on bga balls. That mean -no clean-. It is no important how its looks on the board after the soldering, it is much more important that the FlUXS do the yob well! Thanks in advance. |
