Nead Hi quality liquid flux!

HI, can someone provade me where to find - HIGH quality liquid FLUX for bga
soldering?
It hawe to be rosin based and HIGH active (quality) for welding bga on litle higher
temperatures, for no lead based electronics (that means welding on litle beat
higher temperatures!).
It hawe to be high non conductive!
It hawe to be high no acid active later on bga balls.
That mean -no clean-.
It is no important how its looks on the board after the soldering, it is
much more important that the FlUXS do the yob well!
Thanks in advance.

You must use baku flux for this kind of situation ,
it will be more convienent and affordable one ,
also look for a better option but it will be costing you higher !

looks like you guys saw cheap chinese fluxes ...

take a look at FLUX :

The Solder Connection

good flux = no bubbles, you can take whole chip with all balls on it and return it back
etc etc ...
