Arrow Need ideas for phone model for JTAG demo

I need a small set of phones where the JTAG TAP is known, and well documented.

Can you give me a suggestion of make and model?

I am using OpenOCD, and Dangerous Prototypes Bus Pirate v3.6 or Altera USB Blaster Rev C.

I do not care about the OS on the phone. I do not care about the software revision.

The PCB/motherboard should be documented somewhere for the JTAG TAP, ie at least a picture, listing TDI/TDO/TMS/TCK, etc.

Chips should be identifiable in device, i.e. I should be able to look up specs at least the primary chips on the PCB.

What model phone would you suggest? Since this is all out of my meager pocket, I hope that the price of each is sub 30USD.

Thanks!

Have done it extensively. Unfortunately, no matter how good is my "google-fu", I find little expertise this way.

The linking of JTAG info, experience of software/hardware use, and the documentation of the circuitry is beyond even Google's reach.

This is why I am asking the community for some insight. If I can get some brand and model information, I can dig up most of the remaining information.
