How to remove used PORTs?

right click on my computer .> device manager > ports > right click on com 109> properties > port setting>advanced> select any com to make it unused

shaaker already posted the solution to reset all ports higher than 10. Here is the same solution as a "reg" file. Unzip and run.

Here is very important file to reset comports

important!
you need to UNINSTALL present phone drivers in order to reset comports,which are allocated for them
