As I know chip-off technique is the only way to extract data from the damaged circuit. I have a little bit knowledge about EMMC chip-off technique, learning soon to acquire knowledge.

Is there a guide? I have z3x with jtag and moorc, but I do not understand how to do it. What to set in the software to read the data? When are reads to be converted? Thank you.

The best thing to read/program the chip, Sireda adapters. They work in a regular SD Card reader. You can find them on Amazon or forensic stores.
